With a combined 50 years of experience, the partners of Oak River have been involved in various forms of land development. Individually, we bring expertise in residential construction and development along with valuation, management, financing and marketing.

Collectively we have developed and brokered over 30,000 acres with projects consisting of timber land, commercial, multi-family and residential development. We also own and manage over $30 million in investment property.

Our vast experience, combined with the invaluable relationships we've cultivated, enables us to optimize the highest and best use while adhering to aggressive deadlines.  We have come together to create Oak River at Lake Palestine in the growth corridor of East Texas with easy access to the DFW area.
